We offer season-change landscaping which occurs 3 times per year (spring/summer, Autumn and Winter), big public areas, inviting people/families to gather for fun. Briarwood offers ample space around homes on most sims (for pools, bars, BBQ,etc) and, for some rentals, up to 2000+ prims if needed. This gorgeous residential community also offers a few private island rentals . The community offers many amenities:
